Location was great, 5 minutes to everything within the city centre and the Marina. Laundry facilities - washer and dryer. Coffee and water facilities and a coffee lounge/eating area. Room was clean and had air conditioning. The tv had apps so I could log into Netflix with my own account which was great. The Owner/ Manager was very helpful and went above expectations to make my stay better. Rooms are serviced every two days. Free water in fridge. Luggage space. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It's not 24hr reception as the facilities don't require that.

Spotlessly clean, amazing staff and beautiful rooms with the most amazing shower and comfortable bed. They really go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. Toiletries were very nice and so many little complimentary extras like bottle of wine, free use of laundry facilities with detergent supplied, the guest lounge with coffee making facilities and biscuits etc really just goes the extra mile for guests. The staff and management should be exceptionally proud of the quality of service and accomodation they provide.

The Abbott Boutique Hotel is very well located, close to but not directly in the vibe of things which is what we wanted. Nice and quiet! We had a nice large room. There is a dining/sitting area on level 1 which is for all clients - with interesting books, travel info, water and the most incredible coffee machine - all you have to do is make your own. One of the evenings we got takeaway from Woolies and had a nice meal in the open space dining room. Staff were excellent, easy to talk to and very well informed.

We went to Abbot Boutique for our honeymoon, it was excellent! A prime location where every place is a 5 minute walk, the rooms were outstanding with two queen size beds, 65 inch tv, a mini fridge and a big restroom! They also had an amazing coffee machine at the lounge, the house keeping were outstanding and the receptionists were very warm and friendly. They also gifted me a complimentary champagne as a lovely gesture for my honeymoon. I rate this beauty 100/10 and would come here everytime I visit Cairns.

Very well located, within walking distance of just about everything you need to be close to. There is a coffee machine with complimentary coffee which is great for a business traveler and a lounge area where one can chill and relax. Will definitely be using the Abbott as my regular for these trips and recommend to my colleagues and anyone else with similar needs.
